[Connector Metrics](https://kb.optymyse.com/support?hsLang=en#connector-metrics) October 13, 2025 # Cisco UCCX Metric List The Cisco UCCX connector ships with two feeds configured by default: **CSQ Feed and Agents Feed.** The CSQ feed is a straight query on the UCCX database, retrieving data from the rtCSQsSummary table. If you are familiar with the UCCX database, you can adjust this feed to report the fields you wish to report on, however, it must be possible to do this with a single query, and the field definitions must be updated to match. The second feed, the UCCX agent feed, summarises and collates data from a number of sources within the UCCX database. The output fields cannot be altered. Agent data is refreshed from the database every 5 seconds, updates are output every second.
