# I am unable to login to the Optymyse Director?

Some reasons why you may not be able to login to the Optymyse Director include:

**1. Your Optymyse Server has ran out of disk space**

Please check your Optymyse server for available disk space on the "C" drive. It may have ran out. If that is the case, please delete any log files (possibly in c:logs, or c:programdatasjs solutionslogs), and if necessary re-boot the server to resume the system

**2. You are using Internet Explorer**

Please try Chrome, Firefox or Edge instead

**3. Expired software license**
